Commercial Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum billing will be for 4 hours / 40 KMs or airport transfers and will depend on the package booked. Next Package will apply after 1hr OR 10 KMs over the basic package rate of 4Hrs 40 KMs.
2. Rates include car with chauffeur, fuel, and insurance for passengers, chauffeur and all third party liability.
3. Time & KM are calculated from and back to the closest Speedways rental station.
4. In case of No show, client will billed for the package booked for particular segment of vehicle.
5. In case of cancellation client need to give 3 advance notice via mail before duty, in absence of sending the mail the minimum charges will be applicable.
6. Rates do not include parking, toll, interstate taxes, etc.
7. For outstation trips, per KM rate is charged with minimum 300 KMs / day. Driver Allowances is included in one way Outstation Package and One way Toll Will be applicable for the same.
8. For outstation trips, chauffeur retention of Rs.300 per day and Rs.300/- per night is applicable as mentioned in Schedule 1.
9. For all local city duties that start before 5 AM and/ or end after 23:00 hrs will carry an additional charge of Rs. 200 for Drivers Batta for each calendar day.
10. From 15th November to 31st January of every year, the rates would be defer from mentioned rates for GOA.
11. Reservation to be made by Emails Only. Reservations must be made minimum 4 hours before a duty and cancelled (if required) minimum 3 hours before a duty.
12. Goods and Service Tax as applicable is 5%
13. Payment: Bills to be submitted to one contact person by Speedways every 15 days and payments to be made within 15 days of bills submission with bill wise details, from one contact person. We recommend that our clients maintain an account in the name of Speedways Fleet & Travel Management Pvt Ltd. to assist later reconciliation.
14. All payments can be made either drawing a cheque favouring “Speedways Fleet Management and Services Pvt. Ltd.” or through RTGS transfer or through Electronic fund transfer or Credit card.
15. Payment by Credit Card: Credit Card number Expiry date of credit card to be mentioned in the mail at the time of booking. In case Credit Card is declined by issuing bank then the Company shall be responsible for payment.
16. In case the payment is made through RTGS or NEFT, the Company shall be required to provide Remittance details. An advice of transfer must be sent to SPEEDWAYS.
17. In the event of revision of fuel prices the rates will be subject to revision of 0.4% for every 1 % Increase/Decrease in the current fuel price. The current fuel price is Petrol Rs.120.51 per litre and Diesel Rs.104.77 per litre in Mumbai.
18. Amounts due which remain outstanding beyond the agreed upon payment terms will attract interest charges at a rate of 18% per annum.
